Our once-a-year preventative maintenance plan is a comprehensive service designed to keep your home’s critical systems in top condition with a single, thorough annual visit. This proactive approach helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, improves energy efficiency, and extends the life of your home’s infrastructure—all with minimal disruption to your schedule.
$25.00 per month or $280.00 one-time payment

Peace of Mind Plan (Most Popular)
Two Visits a Year. Total Peace of Mind.
Our biannual plan is designed to keep your home’s essential systems running efficiently and safely with two scheduled service visits each year—typically in the Spring and Fall—to guard against seasonal weather swings. Members of this plan receive 10% off all service calls and projects scheduled with Riverside Maintenance.
$45.00 per month or $520.00 one-time payment

Our Four Seasons Premium Plan provides year-round protection with four scheduled service visits—one each season. This plan is ideal for homeowners who want consistent oversight of their home’s systems, early detection of issues, and optimal performance throughout the year.

Scheduled Execution
Our certified technicians execute scheduled maintenance tasks, including filter replacement, mechanical checks, roof monitoring, safety testing, and seasonal walkthroughs, logging all data transparently.
Proactive Correction
Any minor issues identified during inspections are corrected on the spot, or immediately scheduled for repair, ensuring we stop small problems from developing into major, value-impacting breakdowns.
