Pre-Construction

Bidding & Permitting: we bid and negotiate the project, following all required procurement measures, ensuring the most competitive, cost-effective proposal. We gather all municipal-required documentation for the permit, submit, and follow through to permit issue.
Site Preparation: we work with our vendors to ensure that any site preparation work — including surveys, mold & asbestos remediation, soil sampling, grading & drainage, brush clearing, safety fencing, storm water/erosion control — is completed to avoid construction delays.
Construction
Project Control: our team reviews submittals, consults on material choices, coordinates the scheduling of all contractors and any municipal inspections, and ensures a smooth execution of the project timeline.
Reporting & Bookkeeping: we track the project budget, deliver monthly reports, and submit any specialty reporting required by funding sources.
Periodic Construction Meetings: we facilitate periodic meetings and remain in constant communication to provide progress updates until project completion.
Post-Construction
Final Handover: we facilitate execution of any final punch lists and ensure a clean, move-in ready space.
Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment: we facilitate the ordering, delivery, and installation of any furniture, fixtures, or equipment needed to operate the space.
Final Reporting & Documentation: we deliver final financial reports to the owner and any funding sources, in addition to any warranties, spec sheets, or instruction manuals for installed products.
Move-In Consulting: our team helps you to acquire any required occupancy inspections or business licenses required to occupy and operate the space
